There is not much to talk about the performances of actors. All the actors in the film have performed very well. Such films must be judged on the merit of the content. And the content of the film is very strong and powerful.
Salim Raza has written and directed the film. With the given budget, Salim Raza does full justice to the script and churns out a decent Horror flick, which also gives you a hard-hitting social message.
The production value and camera work of the film is very decent. I somehow found the music part very irritating. The background score of the film is good. Especially at creating the chilling
A middle aged childless couple recently resettled from the USA are forced to abandon their palatial haveli because of a ghost child. 12 years later they manage to sell it off to an unsuspecting, young newly married couple but things start conjuring and the story just doesn’t appear to be what it seems anymore.
Salim Raza tries hard to keep the story interesting but his directorial skills are just not much of a match. The framing is terrible and the plotting very much riven with mainstream formula than any genuine chill inducing mechanics. The boredom and ennui are unflagging. The actors are all quite amateruish.Even the recognisable face of Mushtaq Khan can do little to make things interesting -Especially since he appears to behave like a stand-up comic rather than the character he assays in the film. No returns on this one for sure!
