The project stars Roberto Lombardi as Freddy Krueger before he was burned, and Lombardi actually does a pretty convincing job in the role. He is quite creepy trolling the playground and attempting to kidnap a young girl named Suzy (played by Brenna Lakatos).

Synopsis
In Springwood, long before he became a demon of dreams, Freddy Krueger stalked the streets under another name – The Springwood Slasher. Our new chapter picks up where the previous entry left off with a young boy on the run from his abductor – Freddy. Hiding out in an old junkyard, Mikey attempts to evade the Springwood Slasher in a daring escape. But will he get away and reunite with his family? Or are his days numbered?
