Black Circle Boys

This was a 90's Teen movie. Had the 90's Cute Goth boys so on and so on. and is on Hulu
n this teen-oriented horror movie, Kyle (Scott Bairstow) is a high school swimming champion who sinks into a depression after the accidental death of his best friend. When his parents, Ken (Bruce Burkhartsmeier) and Barbara (Dee Wallace-Stone), move the family from California to Washington State, Kyle falls in with a group of kids led by the mysterious Shane (Eric Mabius). Eric and his friends wear lots of black clothing, take drugs, and listen to loud Goth-metal music, but the full extent of review from Rotten tomatos
Here's a very disturbing little film. It's about a young guy called Kyle (Scott Bairstow White Fang 2, The Postman, Party of Five (tv)) whose family moves to a new (and boring) little town and he ends up attending a new high school -- trying to fit in, trying to deal with being the new guy and also trying to cope with the death of his best friend. He goes from A student to loser in forty-five minutes, giving up being a top athlete in exchange for the acceptance of a group of heavy metal wannabes and large amounts of drugs - virtually everything from pot to lsd to crack. His life spirals out of control. He ends up joining the BCB who are a small group of these high school losers who practice an invented brand of Satanism in the wooded state park behind the high school. The group's leader Shane (Eric Mabius (Party of Five (tv), Lawn Dogs,Welcome to the Dollhouse) is severely disturbed and influenced by drug dealer/fence Greggo (Donnie Wahlberg yeah, that one -- New Kids on the Block, baby) who is the local Temple of Set devil worshiper who recruits local high school losers and gets them to rob houses for him in exchange for drugs.

The plot moves along slowly as Kyle sinks into this realm of madness, but once there, it spins wildly out of control -- there is much violence (including sick satanic rituals where the Shane kills a cat and then they dig up a skeleton) and even murder. The acting is superb, and makes the overall effect of the film that much more disturbing.

Where are first it appears to be just another high school nostalgia film (heck, it looked like my high school), it becomes this horror film -- but way too realistic. One keeps asking, "where are the parents, where are the cops" as these lowlifes rampage through the town pillaging and killing and just making all sorts of mayhem.

In the end, Kyle must fight the demons which are pulling him under, and the second half of the film chronicles his attempts to overcome the darkness which threatens to consume and destroy him.

Dante's Cove

Dante's Cove First of its a Gay show. For those that dont like homosexuals wont like it. On the Show has hot actors a good drama action thriller. The witches and the magic and The dead coming back to life or never dies.
Let’s go back to the mid 1800’s where, on the spot that is now Dante’s Hotel lived a witch named Grace. She was a powerful sorceress, but apparently not powerful enough to keep her husband Ambrosius (Lee) from pursuing his love of being a bottom. Well, lets just say when she walked in on her hubby’s sausage party, she didn’t take it well and chained him up in the basement to watch himself age into an old man for all eternity (yeah, I kinda was lost starting right at this point too). But After years and years of captivity Ambrosius escaped and is now taking up residence in the modern day Dante’s Hotel. And he’s not keeping a low profile either. He is chasing after Keith (Michael) who is currently being a kept man by Toby (David). And while all this is going on Van is just coming to grips that she may posses the forces of witchcraft, which is putting a big strain on her relationship with her cold fish girlfriend Michelle (Cummings). As the season begins, Kevin Archer leaves an abusive home to follow his boyfriend, Toby, to Dantes Cove, a remote tropical island populated by beautiful young residents, gay and straight. Unknown to Kevin, Dantes Cove has a dark and dangerous history, and he is unwittingly being drawn into a web of supernatural intrigue. Arriving at the Hotel Dante (built in the 1840s and recently converted into apartments) Kevin meet his new housemates: Van, a mysterious lesbian artist drawn to the dark side of human nature, Cory, a carefree party-boy wholl hook up with any guy whos interested, and Adam, Tobys straight best friend from high school who is secretly in love with Toby.

At first Kevin and Tobys reunion is wonderful. But soon, Kevin begins hearing a strange voice coming from within the hotel a voice that is summoning him. Drawn to the basement, Kevin stumbles upon Ambrosius Vallin, an immortal warlock imprisoned for over a hundred and fifty years.

In 1840, Ambrosius was engaged to marry Grace Neville, a powerful practiotioner of Tresum, an ancient supernatural religion. When Grace found Ambrosius making love with another man, she killed his lover and cursed Ambrosius to an eternity locked in the Dantes basement. Only the kiss of a young man would set Ambrosius free.

Having successfully made Kevin hear his call, Ambrosius summons him to the basement and forces Kevin to kiss him. The kiss from Kevin breaks the curse. Not content to be young and

free again, Ambrosius decides Kevin is his destiny, and will stop at nothing to have him. He puts a spell on Kevin, and also turns Cory into a sort of personal slave and spy so that he can keep an eye on Kevin. But Grace wont allow Ambrosius to find love or happiness, and uses her magic to murder Kevin. Ambrosius, who learned Tresums powers while locked in the basement, succeeds in reviving Kevin. Meanwhile, searching the historical society for an explanation of the strange happenings in Dantes Cove, Toby and Van find the Book of Tresum written in a strange ancient language. Van is able to cast a spell from the book and break the curse on Kevin, freeing him from Ambrosius hold. It seems like a happy ending, until Ambrosius uses Cory to lure Toby away from the sleeping Kevin, and throws Toby into the ocean to drown. This is for season 1-2 season 3-4 to come when 4 gets out on DVD. best said When I get it.

Corpsey (2009)

What first interested me in the movie was. Growing up hearing all the urban legends. I personal never believe one of them. And That that some are really real is creepy to me. The movie starts talking about growing up in Stanton island New York you’d remember the urban legend of “monster” Corpsey. The monster would snatch little kids and they would never be seen heard from again if Corpsey gets you.  Your parents used the legend to keep children coming home immediately upon illumination of the streetlight. Turns out the basis for this legend is an actual suspected bad guy named Andre Rand who was at the center of the investigations of child disappearances across a couple of decades. Cropsey follows the legend, the disappearances of children and the coming together of the community to find evidence of the guilt of Andre Rand and put him behind bars forever. This documentary is very good from a “60 minutes” point of view, going through the legend and then mapping to historical events that spawned it and the particulars of Andre Rand and his massive manipulation of individuals, groups and an entire community. Cropsey builds up very well through great interviews and research, culminating in direct communication with Rand himself via letters sent from prison.  As the communication with Rand continues it gets more and more in-depth, and creepier and creepier, and finally Rand agrees to a direct meeting with the filmmakers. This is the moment that the entire documentary was leading up to, and finally it’s going to happen. The fact this movie seems like a Real life court case. I am going to look and see if it was for real.
Its a very interesting film.

The Hole

This movie is a teen movie to my mind.then I saw it was a cool movie. I wish I saw it in 3D but nope. 2D Hulu for me. The movie had its slow moments but the over all movie was cool. What fears you is the many theme of the movie. For some say I don't fear anything are not true theirs always something. Sorry we're all Human (or I think we are). Brother get a new house. Down in the  basement of their home. They find that once the hole is exposed, evil is unleashed. With strange shadows lurking around every corner and nightmares coming to life, they are forced to come face to face with their darkest fears to put a end to the mystery of The Holetrailer1 and trailer-2 for the movie. First Trailers longer than the second After moving into a new home, Dane (Chris Massoglia) and his younger brother Lucas (Nathan Gamble) stumble onto a mysterious hatch in their basement. After unlocking the hatch, they find that it leads to the title of the film, a hole. A hole that doesn't seem to have an end in sight. Not long after, their neighbor Julie (Haley Bennett) joins in on the quest to find out the truth behind the hole. The longer they investigate the history of the hole, the more we realize this hole has a malevolent message. For each character that comes in contact with the hole, it has a different affect, connecting to each of their fears. Together, they must find away to stop the madness and return to their normal lives. The method in which they solve everything is so simple, but yet effective.Initially, the film seems to be written for a younger audience, meaning however good the acting may be, it has its respected restrictions. For one, the family is extremely conservative and sheltered. Where else but this film will you find a family that forbids the use of "stinks" as an adjective? After watching for a bit longer, you realize the straight-edge rules are simply the mothers (Teri Polo). There is some more believable language later on, but not very much, just enough to give the viewer a sigh of relief.
Chris Massoglia has previously been seen in his role in "Cirque du Freak: The Vampire's Assistant". The genre of that movie and this is strikingly similar, young-adult, and horror/thriller with a splash of comedy. They are both pretty dark as well.
Horror genres are so different when the title characters are different ages. This film somehow captures the essence of what a horror film should be for a young adult audience. It truly is something we really don't see very often but should. The audience has no idea what the characters must do to put an end to the madness until over an hour into the movie, which is a good thing for the film's pace.
Overall, "The Hole" is a great fantasy/horror for teenagers, and it even has some elements that are enjoyable by an audience of all ages. Check this film out when it is released on Tuesday, Oct. 2!Hulu

The Marsh

I found this Movie The Marsh A good movie. It does get deep in Drama movie to me. I thought it was very Grim for Claire being a Grim in writing Fairy tales as the Grim have Dark and disturbing for Children but that's what sells. The movie sets the scene from the Beging just a boring but kinda creepy beginning with children book writer the boring part but the creepy music from the beginning credits Haunted by gruesome visions of violence and death that would be far out of place in her successful series of children's books, a sophisticated author embarks on a brief sabbatical into the countryside that turns out to be far from the convalescent getaway her doctor had prescribed. Claire Holloway (Gabrielle Anwar) is an author whose rich imagination has fueled a successful career in children's literature, but one glimpse beneath the surface of her fragile psyche reveals a woman whose life has been far from storybook perfect. Tortured by a darkness that seems to grow blacker with each passing day, Claire follows her doctor's advice to leave the city behind and collect her thoughts at the picturesque Rose Marsh Farmhouse. Upon arriving at the remote farmhouse, however, Claire quickly realizes that the formidable estate bears an uncanny resemblance to the house that plagues her nightmares. When a series of strange and seemingly supernatural events lead Claire to believe that the ghostly young girl who dwells in her dreams may in fact be real, the frightened author seeks out the aid of handsome newspaper publisher Noah (Justin Louis) and paranormal consultant hunt (Forest Whitaker Which I haven't seen him on many films now days. Forest Whitaker I find a great actor) ) in solving the mystery of this cursed village. Trailer here
