Screenwriter David Vernon adapts popular cartoonist Eric Orner's gay-themed comic strip to the screen in a warmhearted romantic comedy directed by first-time feature filmmaker George Bamber. Ethan Green (Daniel Letterle) is a 26-year-old professional "assistant" with little luck in love. After falling for a Major League athlete who has recently come out of the closet in a tell-all autobiography, Ethan finds his current living conditions in jeopardy when his ex-boyfriend Leo threatens to sell the house that Ethan has come to call home. Now facing the prospect of sleeping under the stars as he tries to find a new place to live, Ethan enlists the aid of a sex-starved 19-year-old named Punch (Dean Shelton) and a low-balling real-estate agent named Sunny Deal (Rebecca Lowman) in nixing his spiteful ex-boyfriend's plans and winning the man of his dreams.
