Well Amityville was such a hit and "True Story". I aways wondered how you could stay asleep when a gun shoots in the room next to you. I read the Book The Amityville Horror. The movie was interesting and I was confused on how he could have killed his Family and they stayed asleep.back in the 70's gun were Loud so I wondered how would they stay asleep.Well I saw a documentary about it Mr. Lutz said that his wife and the writer all got drunk and stoned and add to the story. This Documentary didnt talk to the Lutz. Just the Town of Amityville.
Great documentary
I thought it was a great documentary to watch, it gave a lot of information about the Defeo case, and The Lutz haunting that may be of some very good help to those trying to prove whether if it's a hoax or not. They didn't really give a lot of details on the haunts, but they gave good points to why it would have to be a true story. Something indeed had to happen in that house, but some of it may have been made up for money. Also for fans of the movie, you'll learn things about the true story that you may not know. Also You get to see some pics of the famous house. It's really cool. It's not the best documenatary out there, but it has some good details and reincarnation scenes of how some see the murders and haunting occurred. It was neat.
